Hwa Kee BBQ Pork Noodle

Head over to Hwa Kee BBQ Pork Noodle to get your wanton mee fix. At Hwa Kee, they do something a little different where they spoon a ladle of char siew sauce over the wanton mee. The sauce clings to the perfectly springy noodles, and the star of the show here is the char siew. Prepared Cantonese style, it is characterised by a bright red edge, coated with a sweet honeyed glaze with some caramelised charred bits to it. All in all, a very satisfying plate of wanton mee that quells the cravings!
