Most of us might be more acquainted with the Hainanese style of beef Noodles that comes in a thick brown gravy, but Lagoon Leng Kee Beef Kway Teow serves up a Teochew style – and only in a soup version! It’s clean tasting, with a broth that’s made with beef bones simmered with ginger, salt, and gula melaka. A comforting option when you’re not that keen on the other greasier food served in this food centre!
