The sister stall of the satay bee hoon stall in ABC Brickworks, Soon Huat sells satay bee hoon and cuttlefish kangkong. Every plate is made fresh to order, and you can also choose to add on extra ingredients like prawns, lala, pork ribs, cuttlefish, kang kong or just more bee hoon. Their satay bee hoon sauce is so good, they even sell the paste separately so you can enjoy it in the comforts of your own home!
