Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng
No Chinese New Year is complete without lo hei! Peach Garden’s Yu Sheng comes in two options to cater to different group sizes: the small one ($78) serves 3 – 4 pax and large ($108) serves 8 – 10 pax.
Not a fan of smoked salmon? There is also a version with abalone, as well as a vegetarian-friendly one!
Premium Seafood Pen Cai
Pen cai is a traditional Chinese festive dish and Peach Garden has turned it up a notch. Their new creation – the Premium Seafood Pen Cai ($428) – is filled to the brim with premium seafood such as lobster, Australian scallops, red grouper and sea cucumber. The seafood and vegetables are braised in a shark bone cartilage broth over hours to achieve its silky consistency and umami flavour.
Peach Garden knows that not everyone supports consuming shark broth – try their Mini Deluxe Pen Cai ($318) or Vegetarian Pen Cai ($218) instead!
Fortune Treasures Set
For the ultimate family feast, you won’t go wrong with the Fortune Treasures Set ($538) that serves 8 - 10 pax. You’ll save $115.97 with this indulgent set that comes with a Deluxe Pen Cai, Emperor Chicken, Fried Glutinous Rice with Chinese Sausage and Traditional Nian Gao. Everyone is going to leave the table full and happy!
