Adam Chicken Rice

This Malay-style ayam penyet definitely differs from Chinese chicken rice, and it is in a league of its own. The chicken is roasted with a crisp skin while the inside is still moist and juicy. The rice also has a yellow tinge and is incredibly flavourful. The owners say that it's made from a secret recipe that they cannot reveal!
