Warong Pak Sapari

Specialising in mee soto and mee rebus, Warong Pak Sapari has been around since the 70s and is one of the original hawkers at Adam Road Food Centre. Their mee soto packs quite a spice punch, and you'll be in for a good time if you can take the heat. The broth is robust and is said to be a result of simmering whole chickens for at least 3 hours. The mee rebus is also on the spicier side and comes with a hard-boiled egg, beansprouts, tau kwa, fried shallots and spring onion.
