Cheng Ji

Cheng Ji is a hawker stall at Adam Road Food Centre serving up humble fried dishes such as pork leg bee hoon, fried kway teow, hokkien mee and carrot cake. They are most popular for their pork leg bee hoon, which is soft, tender and slightly moist with a touch of wok hei. I wasn't alive yet, but we've been told that this dish will give you a nostalgic taste of the 80s. Make sure to pair it with some of the chilli for an added sweet and slightly spicy flavour. The stall's smoky char kway teow is just as delicious, as is the carrot cake!
