The usual white bee hoon gets jazzed up at Xin Long Xing, where the dish is cooked in a flavourful pork bone and chicken stock that’s been stewed for more than 10 hours. Besides white bee hoon, which comes in variations of seafood such as sea prawns, lala, crayfish and lobster, the stall also offers a menu of 40 tze char items, which includes their own-developed recipes such as the Chilli Crabmeat Seafood Hor Fun. While it might be pricey for a hawker dish, you’ll surely get your money’s worth with the abundance of fresh crayfish!
