One Mouth Noodle
Helmed by a former interior designer whose father used to sell handmade wanton noodles at a coffee shop at Temple Street, Jim has taken up the ropes to make wanton noodles from scratch. The entire process of transforming flour and eggs into dough and then kneading and pulling them to form noodles takes two days before they can be served to hungry diners! The noodles have a lovely eggy flavour and none of the unpleasant alkaline taste. It is served with shrimp wantons in a bowl of clear broth, and you can also opt to enjoy your noodles with some tender beef brisket.
