Located at Dunman Food Centre, Joo Chiat Ah Huat Wanton Mee serves a rendition that is predominantly savoury unlike many stalls that comes with a hint of sweetness in the form of tomato ketchup. Tossed in a black sauce mix, fans love it for its old-school taste (the business also traces its history to Ang Moh Wanton Noodles), as well as its special chilli that has a slight tanginess.
