Ang Mo Kio 453 Wanton Noodle

One of the most popular stalls at Mayflower Market & Food Centre, Ang Mo Kio 453 Wanton Noodle already has a queue even before lunch hours! Made according to a well-kept family recipe passed down from generation to generation, the noodles are cooked al dente with a good sauce mix and the char siew is roasted in-house with a good ratio of fat to meat. The wantons, which are served in a slightly peppery broth, are also handmade at the stall every day.
