Chef Kang’s Noodle House

A Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee located in Toa Payoh, Chef Kang is known for its hearty wanton mee with luxe toppings like shredded abalone, chunky caramelised char siew and pork belly. The wantons are filled with fresh shrimp and the noodles come topped with crispy lard. Each plate of noodles is accompanied by a cloudy soup that’s full of flavour!
