Touted to have the best Teochew dishes in the east, Chin Lee Restaurant is now helmed by its second-generation owner. A must-try here includes the Oyster Omelette that comes with plump oysters, or the Teochew Kway Teow where flat rice noodles are stir-fried till mildly charred with garlic, chye poh and kai lan. The Roasted Suckling Pig comes highly recommended if you’re here with a big group! And don’t forget to save some space for their famous Orh Nee with Gingko Nuts.
