Starting out as a humble food stall at the Botanic Gardens, Di Wei Teochew Restaurant has grown to have its own restaurant space in Seletar Aerospace Park. The restaurant embodies the authenticity of Teochew cuisine, serving up delicious dishes with delicate flavours. Stars on the menu include Teochew Cold Crab, Pork Rib Yam Ring, Teochew Fried Rice Noodles with Preserved Radish, and Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts or Pumpkin.
