Mul Gogi Korean BBQ
Mul Gogi is one of the newest Korean BBQ restaurants in Tanjong Pagar, and it's already proving to be a hit. Meaning “water” and “meat”, what sets Mul Gogi apart from everyone else is that their meat is aged in water. They are vacuum sealed, allowing the beef to age in its natural juices. The meat fibres break down through the wet ageing process, tenderising the meat and building up all the juicy, beefy flavour. There are a couple of BBQ sets to choose from, along with dishes such as Korean Pancakes and Army Stew.
