Bigmama Korean Restaurant

Bigmama is well-known for being the only Korean restaurant in Singapore to serve a traditional Korean dish called Suyuk. A far cry from the usual BBQ many of us are used to, Suyuk sees pork belly that’s steamed in a special two-tiered steamer, resulting in moist, tender meat. Another speciality dish of theirs is Dakgalbi – a hotplate of pan-fried spicy chicken, vegetables and rice cakes that’s good for two.
