Kai Duck
Helmed by Hong Kong-born chef Fung Chi Keung who previously led the Paradise Group, Kai Duck is best known for its Signature Peking Duck. The crispy skin is absolutely delectable, and it is served with white crepe, crispy corn and delicious black sauce, along with the remaining duck meat. Or, you can go for their classic Roast Duck as well, which is made with the same Irish duck!
