Jiu Jiang Shao La

Nestled amongst the many hawkers in Ghim Moh Food Centre is Jiu Jiang Shao La. Specialising in roasted meats, they are best known for their roast duck. The roast duck here is exceptionally good and best of all, prices are also affordable! Crispy and tender duck is served with white rice, a ladle of sauce and a side of chili to tie it all together. They’re only open four days a week for just a few hours, so getting a taste will require some intentional planning!
