Established in 2008, Fu Shun Shao La Mian Jia continues to serve one of the best roasted meats in Singapore that draws a queue even before they’re open! Roasted over charcoal, the roast duck is incredibly flavourful and succulent, with the skin being beautifully crisp while the meat is moist and tender.
