Good Food
You’ll be able to find different types of pecorino on Good Food, including the classic Pecorino Romano, along with Pecorino Sardo, Pecorino Toscano and even Pecorino Nero di Pienza, which is characterised by a semi-hard, white-coloured and flaky texture. Its taste is totally different from the classic pecorino cheeses; it is more delicate, drier and intense with at least 40 days of ageing. Try this with a typical Tuscan red wine!
