Sheng Seng Fried Prawn Noodle is another Michelin Plate stall at Pek Kio Market & Food Centre, dishing out plates of yummy hokkien mee. The mix of yellow noodles and thick bee hoon is wetter than usual and comes with sotong, prawns, fishcake, egg, home-made sambal chilli and lime on the side. There is also another Sheng Seng Hokkien Mee at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market & Hawker Centre, which is run by another family member!
