Yan’s lineup this year includes the new Baked Lychee with White Lotus Paste, a harmonious blend of fruity and creamy notes. Available in a set of two (from S$40) or four (from S$76), options also include Baked White Lotus with single or double salted egg yolks, and the crowd favourite Thousand Layer Yam.
