Gin Thye

Apart from the popular pineapple tarts Chinese New Year, national brand and Chinese bakery Gin Thye does classic mooncakes well, including the Yammilicious Teochew Flaky Mooncake and traditional bakes such as White Lotus, Bamboo Charcoal Green Tea, Pandan and Mixed Nuts. New creations this year include baked mooncakes in flavours such as Salted Egg, Chocolate, Black Sesame and Green Tea with an oozy lava centre (S$59 for four), as well as Macadamia Yuzu and Pistachio Mint snowskin mooncakes (S$58 for four) that come with a bonbon centre!
