Michelin-starred Summer Palace unveils its highly anticipated mooncake collection, which features a selection of four traditional baked mooncakes, including the innovative signature Parma Ham and Pork Floss with Assorted Nuts (S$59 for two), showcasing a bold and harmonious fusion of flavours. For snowskin varieties, they range from Lemon Mascarpone Chocolate with Blue Pea Tea (S$55 for four) to Coconut Chocolate with Black Glutinous Rice (S$55 for four). Hotel bar Manhattan also has specially made creations, with a Gold Charcoal with Roku Gin Chocolate and Cherry mini snowskin mooncake.
