Paulaner Bräuhaus

Paulaner Bräuhaus prides itself as the first and only German microbrewery in Singapore with its superb, full-bodied beers. The Bräuhaus is also a stellar Bavarian restaurant, churning out plates of meaty German favourites to go with those beers! The great classics include a massive crispy-juicy whole Pork Knuckle on the bone, served with Sauerkraut and Bavarian bread dumplings. There’s also German meatloaf, called Leberkas, served grilled with a side of homemade potato cucumber salad, a sunny-side-up and rich Bavarian mustard. It’s also not German food without an entire section of the menu dedicated to sausages and Schnitzels!
