Bistro G is a bistro concept headed by chef Gwen Lim of Patisserie G and chef Christopher Grilo of Bakery Artisan Original. Take your pick of an Assorted Bread Basket, the Cold Cut Platter, or a steaming bowl of the Soup of the Day to kickstart your meal. A signature main on the menu, the Beef Wellington is made up of tenderloin, oxtail ragu, and mushrooms encased in a puff pastry that rewards with a burst of exquisite flavours when bitten into. Another worthy contender you simply have to order is the Lobster Roll. Dressed with lemon mayonnaise dressing and infused with fresh herbs, the tender and juicy Canadian lobster makes for mouthfuls of delight.
