Hui Wei Lor Mee & Prawn Noodle

Find simple offerings of Fried Fish Lor Mee and Prawn Noodles in both soup and dry at Hui Wei. The lor mee was loaded with all sorts of ingredients – fried fish, egg, pork slices, and beansprouts, all soaked in a thick, starchy gravy together with thick yellow noodles. While the texture is on point, the flavours are on the lighter side, so load up on the vinegar, chilli and garlic condiments if you’re a fan of heavier flavours!
