Hup Kee Teochew Fishball Noodles

This is another famous Teochew-style fishball noodles stall in Mei Ling Market & Food Centre. The stall is always busy, even at off-peak hours! Compared to Xin Lu, the noodles at Hup Kee come with more ingredients such as tasty fishballs, pork balls, fish cakes and fish dumplings. The fishballs here are very soft and quite bouncy – easily the best part of the meal. A little bit of their chilli goes a long way!
