Mei Ling Street (Handmade) Carrot Cake

This carrot cake stall sells out quite early in the morning, sometimes by 9 am which is before their stated closing time, so come as early as possible to secure yourself a plate. They serve both white and black versions made with soft cubes of carrot cake that are made and fried onsite. Featuring punchy flavours and a great wok hei, it’s not hard to see why they have so many regular customers. Though portions are on the smaller side and big eaters may need more than one plate to feel fully satiated!
