Ang Mo Kio 453 Wanton Noodle
Run by a husband-wife duo, the queue-commanding wanton mee is prepared according to a well-kept family recipe that’s been passed down from generation to generation. Al dente noodles are topped with char siew that’s tender and well caramelised, along with fried lard, chopped spring onions and some green chillies! Served with a side of peppery broth and wantons that are handmade by the owners everyday.
