Zhen Ming Pork Ribs Prawn Noodle

Zhen Ming Pork Rib Prawn Noodle used to be at Tampines before moving to Serangoon and finally settling down at Mayflower Market & Food Centre. Cooked with pork ribs, pig skin, red dates, prawn shells and black sugarcane, their prawn broth is on the milder side as compared to the others out there. Served with fish cake slices, lean meat, pork ribs and fresh prawns, the bowl of prawn noodles is unpretentious and down-to-earth. The stall also has other unique dishes such as Lala Prawn Noodle!
