3 Sisters Prawn Noodle

3 Sisters Prawn Noodle is a humble prawn noodle and Hokkien mee stall that is run by – you guessed it – three sisters. Picking up the ropes from their mother, the stall runs like a well-oiled machine. The broth used to make the prawn noodles is full-bodied, sweet and flavourful, and the dish also comes with pork slices, fishcake and prawns. Those who like spicy food should go for the dry version that’s tossed in a housemade chilli along with copious amounts of shallots that imparts a mouthwatering fragrance.
