New Lucky Claypot Rice is probably the most famous stall at Holland Drive Market & Food Centre. A Michelin Bib Gourmand stall, the rice claypot rice comes with chicken, chinese sausage, some veggies and salted fish – all the ingredients you would expect from a good claypot rice. Because the rice is cooked from scratch, be prepared for a wait of 20-30 minutes during off-peak hours and at least 45 minutes when it’s busy. We recommend calling ahead to place your orders first!
