Cheng Heng Kway Chap and Braised Duck Rice
One of two kway chap stalls in Holland Drive Market & Food Centre, Cheng Heng Kway Chap is arguably the one that draws in a longer queue, probably because of its listing in the Michelin Guide. They do serve a splendid kway chap which comes with a bowl of silky smooth rice noodles, soaked in a slightly herby broth, as well as generous portions of braised duck meat, offal, braised egg and preserved vegetables.
