Ru Ji Kitchen

Ru Ji seems to have a perennial long queue, thanks to their traditional handmade fishball noodles. The handmade fish balls are made with 100% pure fish meat and they taste incredibly fresh and have a bouncy, juicy bite. The al dente noodles are fragrant with traces of their house-made chilli and showered with a generous amount of pork lard. It’s no wonder why so many people are willing to brave the queue and why it consistently comes up as one of Singapore’s best fishball noodles!
