Sixth Floor Oyster Cake
A former home-based business, Sixth Floor Oyster Cake now has two outlets at Punggol and Yishun. The Original Oyster Cake is their most popular item, and the deep-fried delight contains oysters, minced meat and shrimp covered in a crispy-on-the-outside-gooey-on-the-inside batter, and topped with crunchy peanuts. They also have a Kimchi version that’s a first in Singapore, as well as one that’s with scallop, meat-only, and one without oysters.
