Teochew Traditional Oyster Puff
Teochew Traditional Oyster Puffs was started by Sharon Lee from her grandmother’s recipe and is a pasar malam and food events-only business. Their oyster cakes are made fresh to order, with the usual suspects of oysters, minced pork, prawn, Chinese celery and topped with peanuts.
