Teochew Traditional Oyster Puff
Teochew Traditional Oyster Puffs was started by Sharon Lee from her grandmother’s recipe and is a pasar malam and food events-only business. Their oyster cakes are made fresh to order, with the usual suspects of oysters, minced pork, prawn, Chinese celery and topped with peanuts. The next time you can catch them is from 16-19 March 2023 at the upcoming Food and Beverage Exhibition at Expo.
