Nasi Lemak Kukus

Kukus means “steamed”, and Nasi Lemak Kukus differs from the usual nasi lemak stalls as they steam their coconut rice instead of boiling them in coconut milk and water. Even though it is labour-intensive, some will say that this is the old-school and traditional way of making nasi lemak!
