Hai Xian Zhi Jia

Hai Xian Zhi Jia has earned plenty of fans thanks to their Sliced Fish Soup. Each bowl of clear soup comes swimming with fish slices, tofu, cabbage, and bitter gourd slices. The soup is seasoned well and packed with umami flavours from the fish bones, bitter gourd and fried garlic. The fish slices are really fresh and has a good bite. And other than the usual Fried Fish Soup and Double Fish Soup, the stall also has a variety of seafood soups, such as Red Grouper Fish Head Soup, Fish Head Bee Hoon, La La Bee Hoon Soup and Scallop Soup.
