Fu Chun Laksa & Lor Mee

Another popular stall at Eunos Crescent Market and Food Centre, Fu Chun Laksa & Lor Mee only has two items on the menu. No prizes for guessing what they are! The Lor Mee here comes with a generous amount of ingredients such as chunky fried fish nuggets, pork balls and stewed pork belly. The lor is the soul of this dish and it is thick, gooey and well balanced. Add on as much or as little of the raw garlic, chilli, cilantro, vinegar and sambal for more layers of flavour!
