Chwee Kueh
This is one of the last few chwee kueh stalls left in Singapore that makes everything by hand. The resulting chwee kueh is soft and tender, while the stewed chye poh is fragrant, crunchy, savoury and sweet without being overly salty. Don’t forget some of the sambal chilli to tie the dish all together!
