Song Kee Fried Oyster

Song Kee Fried Oyster is highly recommended and is one of the most popular stalls at East Coast Lagoon Food Village, having been featured in the Michelin Guide for its oyster omelette. Serving up delicious fried oysters, the orh jian here is fluffy and flavourful with a great wok hei, and achieving a crispy and gooey balance between the eggs and the tapioca starch. Each serving comes with plenty of fresh, plump and creamy oysters that taste of the sea, along with a spicy and tangy chilli that enhances the dish’s flavour.
