Han Jia Bak Kut Teh & Pork Leg

Han Jia Bak Kut Teh & Pork Leg stall has been around since 1963, when it first started somewhere in the back alleys of MacPherson. Now run by the second generation, the stall continues to serve up piping hot bak kut teh and pork trotters. A bowl of their classic bak kut teh comes with three pork ribs swimming in a peppery broth, and you can also choose to add-on ingredients such as Chinese greens, tau kwa, preserved vegetables and pig intestines. The braised pork trotters are also something to shout about, having simmered and bubbled for hours on end, they are super tender and almost melt-in-your-mouth.
