With over 20 years of experience the husband-wife duo behind Eastern Red Seafood have been running their own tze char stall at coffeeshops before moving to East Coast Lagoon Food Village in 2013. One of their bestselling items is the curry fish head. The curry was thick and the fish was fresh and tender. Other ingredients in the curry include lady’s fingers and vegetables, and this yummy dish is perfect for sharing when you’re here with a big group!
