Jian Bo Shui Kueh

Jian Bo Shui Kueh is one of the OG stalls at Tiong Bahru Market. They've been serving up a time-tested recipe since 1958, and their chwee kueh even comes with a Michelin recommendation! Word on the street is that the quality has dipped slightly over the years, but their chye po remains robust and tasty, and pairs perfectly with their dried shrimp chilli.
