Bedok Chwee Kueh

Bedok Chwee Kueh is the very first chwee kueh stall in Singapore to be listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand, and they're famous for their melt-in-your-mouth chwee kueh. They have multiple outlets islandwide, and their chye po is chopped finely and makes the perfect foil for their chilli sauce. Toasted sesame seeds add a nice aroma and flavour to the entire dish!
