Lan Xiang Noodles
Run by a husband-wife duo, Lan Xiang Handmade Noodles is a popular handmade ban mian stall in Bukit Merah Central Food Centre. You find many variations such as Chicken Ban Mian, Mee Hoon Kway, You Mian, Sliced Fish Mee Sua, Tom Yam Noodle and more. The handmade noodles are springy and retains a bite even after it’s been cooked, and the broth is sweet and flavourful.
