Another char kway teow stalwart with over three decades of history, Fong Sheng Fried Kway Teow has its own legion of fans. Compared to Day Night, the CKT here is wetter and sweeter. They also use the standard, broader type of rice noodles. Ingredients such as Chinese sausage, fish cake slices, egg and cockles all come together to make this slurp-worthy dish!
