Guan Huat Yong Tau Foo
Nothing embodies versatility like yong tau foo. While Guan Huat is more limited and traditional in its offerings, the soup base here is yummy and flavoured with the natural sweetness of ikan bilis. However, the true star of the show is their laksa broth which is fiery and lemak. No wonder it’s a crowd-favourite! The only downside here is that the fried items are served together in the broth, so they lose their crispiness.
