5 Ramadan Bazaars to Visit in Singapore This April 2022

Ramadan is here! And we couldn’t be happier to indulge in the festivities this year, because bazaars are back, baby! After two years, the long wait is finally over. If you’re missing juicy Ramly burgers and street snacks like keropok lekor and Thai milk tea, head down to these Ramadan bazaars!

1. Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar

Even though it’s held on a smaller scale this year, the Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar is back nonetheless. Comprising two zones near the Wisma Geylang Serai building, there are some 40 stalls here in total, offering a good mix of street food, clothes and other Raya goodies. Stick around for the Hari Raya Light Up along Changi Road, Geylang Road and Sims Avenue!

2. Walk Thru Souq by Laloolalang

Offering everything from traditional to fusion food, Walk Thru Souq features vendors such as Chulop, Boms & Buns, KREAM, Broti, T Bob’s Corner and more. Make sure to check out Meat My Meat’s rendition of Philly cheesesteaks as well as Markozar’s martabak manis! And if you still have time, check out the light show that takes place at Sultan Mosque every night till 8 May 2022.

3. Crane Raya Souk

If battling the crowds at Geylang Serai sounds more like a nightmare instead, why not check out Crane Raya Souk at Robertson Quay? Home-based businesses are the main focus here, so look forward to lots of yummy bakes and pastries like cakes, cookies, and bread. There are also fashion, accessories and home decor booths!

4. Balik Kampung at Sing See Soon

Held on weekends this April, the Balik Kampung pop-up at Sing See Soon Floral & Landscape features a new roster of vendors each week. Apart from Ramadan and Raya shopping, you can also do some plant shopping here with the wide array of house plants available!

5. Turf City Ramadan Bazaar

Turf City Ramadan Bazaar returns this year at the all-halal hub Paradiso by HAO. Expect to see their vendors like Mango Bossku, who’s famous for their mango shakes, and Jom Supply Co for delicious keropok lekor that you can customise with different kinds of toppings. And head over to De’Tako for some yummy takoyaki!
